About Mitra Politi
Mitra trained for four years at the Medicin College of Chinese Medicine and Zen Shiatsu in Israel. Concurrently, he studied both Thai massage and Reiki, becoming a Reiki master in 1996. In 1999, Mitra opened his own clinic for the practice of Acupuncture, Shiatsu, Thai massage, Reiki, and Jin shin. He has spent the last 12 years practicing Chinese medicine as well as living with an enlightened master exploring the inner world.
About Adya Politi
For the past 11 years, Adya has shared a form of yoga that links movement to breath, brings awareness to alignment and subtle lines of energy, and invites one into the stillness and silence that lies beneath the surface. She has enriched this sharing through the study of a yoga based form of Ayurvedic massage, Reiki and Art Therapy. Adya teaches pre-natal yoga and has worked as a doula, using Reiki to support the birth process.
